Atlanta Hawks All-star, Jamal Crawford, is selling his 4.96 acre Mediterranean Estate Home for a cool $2.975M. That’s quite a discount considering Crawford originally had it listed at $4.475M back in November of 2008.
The home was built in 2004 and has 9,435 sq-ft, 6 bedrooms, & 6.25 baths. It comes complete with 2 floor-to-ceiling rustic stone fireplaces, a Chef’s double kitchen with 2 of everything, family room with a 3-story high ceiling, tuscan columns, arched windows, slate floors, a large & dramatic curved staircase in the entryway, billiards room & game room with wetbar, 3 bedrooms with their own private decks, a private beauty salon, media room, indoor swimming pool & hot tub, 2 kitchens, and smart-wiring with security cameras.
Outside of Jamal’s house he has his own basketball court complete with lighting so he can play at night. Plus there are 3 outdoor water features, & a gated entry that leads to this massive estate and his 4-car garage.
Crawford attended Rainier Beach High School in Seattle, where his number (23) is retired. Rainier Beach High School is also where fellow NBA and NCAA basketball players Doug Christie, Nate Robinson, Terrence Williams, and Mark Pearsall attended as well. Recently, Crawford won the NBA Sixth Man of the Year Award for the 2009-2010 season.
