Ex-tennis star Anna Kournikova, better known as the girlfriend of enrique Iglesias, has put her rustic-looking 8-bed 9-bath Spanish villa in exclusive private Miami Beach Sunset lsland on the market. She's had the house for more than ten years and is up for making double the original price on the house.
This certainly is one of those celebrity homes where less is more in terms of decor and I like the style. No typical Russian opulence to be seen here! Instead clean wooden floors, terracotta tiles, even some beams and panelling in the ceilings. And lots of lovely water views (no beach though). The amenities include a sauna, pool, hot tub and covered terraces. Just delightful both inside out!
