Katherine Jackson has had a change of heart, deciding she doesn't want to sell the Jackson family home after all.

During a court hearing yesterday, Howard Weitzman, the lawyer for the Michael Jackson Estate, announced they were withdrawing their petition to get the judge's approval to sell the Hayvenhurst estate in Encino.

Weitzman said they submitted the petition because Katherine expressed a desire to sell the property but has since had second thoughts.

The court did, however, approve a petition for Katherine to buy another house. Sources tell TMZ ... she wants to buy the home she's currently renting in Calabasas, where she can live with Michael's 3 kids.

TMZ has obtained never-before-seen photos of the Jackson house in Encino, CA where Katherine Jackson and her grandchildren live -- and according to our sources, it was personally decorated by Mama Jackson herself.


Katherine definitely has a flair for pretty things -- but we can't help but raise our eyebrows at that creepy toy display case.

Could that have more to do with what McNabb does (or doesn't do) off the field rather than what he's shown on it?

"Donovan really has not been putting the time in to be the great player. What happened in Washington -- the lack of work habits in Washington -- has now gone into Minnesota," said NFL Network's Michael Lombardi on GameDay Morning on Sunday.

"What I was told by people in the organization is that he is the last one in the building and he's the first one gone. He's not willing to put the time in. He's late for meetings, late for practice, so they've just basically thrown up their hands and said, 'We need to move on because, ultimately, that's not what we want in a quarterback.'

"It happened in Washington and this is the reason he's not in Washington. If you go back and talk to people in Philadelphia, there were questionable work habits. Donovan's going to say, 'Hey, look, that's not all true.'

"But the reality of the situation is Minnesota knew this. Bill Musgrave, the (Vikings) offensive coordinator and (Redskins coach) Mike Shanahan have a relationship. So before Shanahan released McNabb and before Musgrave took him on; they knew exactly what they were getting. They were hoping they could change him. They were hoping he was going to rekindle his career. But essentially what's happened in Minnesota is the same thing that happened in Washington."

In a conversation with NFL Network's Kurt Warner, McNabb refuted the rumors.

The Jonas Brothers' Westlake, Texas home

The music group known as the Jonas Brothers has virtually become a household name in the last few years as a result of their unique brand of Rock/Pop music. The group consists of three brothers: Kevin, Joe, and Nick. The Jonas Brothers got their big break in 2005 with the song "Please Be Mine." Steve Greenberg, the president of Columbia Records, liked this song and signed them to the record label.

Branford Marsalis house in Durham, North Carolina

World renowned jazz musician Branford Marsalis was born in Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. Branford Marsalis might be most well-known for being the leader of the Tonight Show band, on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Marsalis held the position down from 1992 until 1995.

Is she or isn't she? The Internet has been abuzz lately about whether Jessica Simpson is pregnant, and speculation reached a fever pitch after new photos surfaced Tuesday.

In the pictures, Simpson, who is engaged to former NFL player Eric Johnson, is wearing a baggy black top and carrying a large handbag to partially cover her midsection. She was photographed at LAX after a trip home to her native Texas for a work commitment.

Her reps haven't responded to the rumors, leaving fans to study the photos to decide for themselves if Simpson is, indeed, expecting.

The fashion mogul and reality star, 31, and Johnson, 32, have not revealed a wedding date, and have said they're not in any hurry to tie the knot.

"We're enjoying our commitment to each other," Simpson said recently. "We want to take our time … We might elope if it gets to that point."

Atlanta-based rapper and producer Demetrius Stewart aka Shawty Redd was charged with the shooting death of a man on New Year's Day 2010. Shawty Redd allegedly shot the man during a confrontation while at a home where Shawty Redd has been residing in Hampton, Georgia. Shawty Redd is claiming he acted in self-defense.

The two-story, 4,510 square foot brick home, owned by RHB Inc. was completed in 2007 and was purchased by RHB Inc. in July of the same year.

Demetrius Stewart aka Shawty Redd was arrested and charged with the shooting death of a man at this house in Hampton, Georgia.

Over the years, the 28-year-old Shawty Redd has worked with top Hip-Hop artists including Snoop Dogg, Young Jeezy, and T.I.

Legendary singer/songwriter Carly Simon has made Martha's Vineyard her home for several years. While married to fellow singing star James Taylor, the couple resided in the town of Tisbury.
