Christina Aquilera Hollywood Hills and Beverly Hills houses

Christina Aquilera's house in Hollywood Hills seems to be on and off the market - and currently it is again for sale. Nevertheless, this 60s house itself is worth mentioning as the design is a great example of good 60s design and her interior decor is also quite down to earth, rather than the opulentHollywood style. Maybe bar the movie theatre with its pink walls. She seems to prefer dark brown tones and comfy, rather massive sofas, as they are visible both in the inside and outside decor.

This 6500 sq ft (600 m2) house was originally on the market for $8 million, but latest price seems to have settled around $6.25 m. It has a theatre up to 18 people, a gym, a pool, a 12-person spa- (with a fireplace), walnut floors, and a 1,200 sq ft (110m2) master suite.

Latest news is that also her more over-the-top Beverly Hills house with ex-husband Jordan Bratman is also on the market. It could be yours for $11 m. Perfect house for someone with an extensive shoe collection I would say...

According to InStyle magazine her house has, "Whimsical furniture, radical art, and an abundance of red roses" which makes a visit to her home feel a little like falling down a magical rabbit hole. Which was exactly how she wanted it."

This beautiful house, which looks like an Italian villa on a cliff top in Capri has gone on the market for $7.2 M (£4.4 m). The owner, Charlie Sheen, bought the house in 1997 and has finally decided to part with this Sherman Oaks (Beverly Hills) stunner of nearly 8000 sq ft (730m2).

I say his taste with women might be questionable, but the houses look gorgeous - at least from the outside. And his business sense seems to be pretty good too - he paid $2.5 M for the house, so he should make a pretty good "winning" here too.
